Return Policy

Return conditions for LAZIRON machines and services.

  1. 01Made-to-order products

    LAZIRON machines are built to order in the specific configuration contracted, which means they fall under the exception to the 14-day right of return set out in Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (customised goods).

  2. 02Manufacturing defects

    If the equipment shows non-conformities on delivery, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt at the latest, through the contact form, with photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve the case through repair, replacement or financial settlement, per the Warranty Policy.

  3. 03Order cancellation

    Cancellation before production starts has no penalty. After production begins, contractual conditions apply, with deductions proportional to the production stage at the time of cancellation.

  4. 04Procedure

    For any request related to returns or non-conformity, contact us through the form on the Contact page. We respond within 5 working days at the latest.
