Warranty Policy

Extended 120-month commercial warranty for LAZIRON equipment.

  1. 01Coverage

    We offer a 120-month commercial warranty on the machine body and critical mechanical components (frame, guides, motors, ball screws). The laser source, cutting head and CNC control system are covered by the original manufacturers' warranties, per their terms.

  2. 02What is covered

    Manufacturing defects and components that fail under normal use are covered free of charge, including service labour in Romania. Original spare parts are supplied throughout the warranty period.

  3. 03What is not covered

    Failures caused by incorrect use, impacts, electrical overvoltages, unauthorised interventions, lack of recommended periodic maintenance, unapproved consumables or improper environmental conditions (humidity, excessive dust) are not covered.

  4. 04Warranty procedure

    To activate the warranty, contact us through the contact form with the machine serial number, the purchase invoice and a description of the issue. Average response time in Romania is 48-72 working hours.

  5. 05Technical support

    The LAZIRON team provides free technical support for the entire equipment lifetime, through the contact form, whether or not the machine is still under warranty.
