Shipping Policy
How we ship the machines and what the lead times are.
01Lead times
Standard lead time is 45-90 working days from order confirmation and advance payment, depending on the configuration and component availability. Indicative lead times are confirmed in the written offer.
02Transport
Delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place) at the buyer's site stated in the contract. We arrange sea, road or combined transport; costs are included in the quote or invoiced separately, as the case may be.
03Goods receipt
Upon receipt, please check the condition of packaging and equipment. Any visible damage must be recorded in the receipt protocol and notified within 7 calendar days.
04Installation and commissioning
Installation, commissioning and operator training are included free of charge. These services are carried out at the client's site, through local technical partners in Romania.
